We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and to make core tasks work for everyone, including without JavaScript.

Our commitment

We design and test towards WCAG 2.2 AA. This is an ongoing commitment, and a full manual audit and formal statement are part of pre-launch work.

What we build in

  • Semantic HTML and a visible “skip to content” link.
  • Keyboard support for all controls, with visible focus.
  • Core content and the provider directory work without JavaScript.
  • Status and verification are conveyed with text, not colour alone.
  • Support for zoom and reflow, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
  • No autoplay, carousels, parallax, or infinite scroll.
